The location of the hotel was convenient, with regular trams nearby that made it easy to explore different parts of the city. It was situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the staff, although their English was limited at times, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although basic, provided a decent start to the day.

Limited facilities for dining options.

During my Easter vacation, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. The breakfast had a variety of options that included fresh fruits, pastries, and eggs. The location of the hotel was also a plus as it was close to public transport making it easy to move around the city. the hotel had a gym where I could work out in the mornings before leaving for my day's activities.

One downside of the hotel was that the room was quite small and lacked enough space to move around. The neighborhood around the hotel was not the best as it was not well maintained, and had a few neighbourhood diners.

The newly refurbished building was impressive and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. the location was perfect, being close to all the main attractions and restaurants. Having free Wi-Fi was also a big plus.

the curtains were missing from our initial room, and in the second room, the shower drain was blocked.

The hotel offers great value for money considering the city tax is included in the price. The staff members were really helpful and pleasant. The location is not central, but the good transportation system made it easy to access the city attractions.

Plus, there were plenty of great bars and cafes nearby where we could immerse ourselves in the local culture and mingle with the locals. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time and hassle. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. We felt like we were staying in a luxurious and comfortable sanctuary.

Within a short period of time, a member of the hotel staff came to our room and diligently worked to resolve the issue. Their professionalism and dedication to solving the problem left a positive impression on us.

In-room facilities included a TV with more than 750 channels and a working remote control.

The hotel lacks professionalism in handling emergencies, such as the power going off and the alarm going off continuously without any communication.
